Biden was obviously referring to the VP role in the Senate; which IS defined in Article I. Apparently, you did nothing more than repeat the words of Karl Rove without burdening yourself with any independent thought.

Not sure if this was left by an Obama spammer as it was left twice but please note that this post was not debating the constitutional role of the vp, though that is a debate worth having. This post was highlighting the fact that biden, a constitutional lawyer doesn’t know which article of the constitution is about the vp. So I’m not sure what your comment has to do with that. Feel free to clarify.
